Cappuccino
Talijansko piće, priprema se od espressa i mlijeka. Cappuccino je općenito definiran kao 1/3 espressa, 1/3 vrelog mlijeka i 1/3 mliječne pjene. Druga definicija traži 1/3 espressa i 2/3 mikropjene. Capuccino se razlikuje od lattea u koji se stavlja većinom mlijeko i vrlo malo pjene. ("Suhi cappuccino" ima manje mlijeka). U Italiji se konzumira na početku dana za doručak, u nekim drugim zemljama može se konzumirati tijekom cijelog dana ili poslije obroka.
